Meet Your Counsellor
Counsellor LINZY BODEN
Welcome. I’m Linzy, and I’m passionate about helping women in Liverpool tap into their inner strength through tailored, compassionate support.
Growing up in a working-class Liverpool household, talking about feelings wasn’t always encouraged, but I was always curious about people. I discovered that what I felt was empathy—a name for the ability to truly understand others. After entering therapy myself during maternity break, I realised there were people who wanted to listen, and that changed everything. As an Integrated Therapist with over twenty years of experience, I believe 'one size does not fit all.' I combine clinical expertise with training and workshops to ensure every woman I work with finds the specific approach that feels right for her. It is an honour to walk alongside my clients on their journeys of self-discovery and growth.
The benefits of group counselling are multifold: it reduces feelings of isolation by fostering connection and camaraderie, it provides diverse perspectives and coping strategies, and it enhances self-awareness and understanding through the narratives of others. The bespoke structured plans address participants' unique experiences, mental health concerns, and personal growth goals, ensuring a tailored approach to their journey to well-being.
Our sessions extend beyond emotional and mental support; they comprise refreshments, offering a comfortable and congenial environment that stimulates relaxed discussion, shared insights, and mutual support.
